National Council Auditions

Today at the Ordway Center in St. Paul, MN for the MET Opera Auditions for the Upper Midwest Region, we had one First Prize winner who will advance to the Semi Finals in New York:

1. First Prize mezzo soprano Kathryn Leemhuis of the Wisconsin District;
   
2. Second Prize went to soprano Evelyn Nelson of the Minnesota District;
   
3. Third Prize went to soprano Shannon Prickett of the Iowa District;
4. Bass Anthony Reed from the Wisconsin District received an Encouragement Award.

We had a great audience as well; over 500 attended throughout the day.
